AORUS cooperates with Design by IFR, a famous modder in Australia, to build this semi steampunk water cooled PC. This build with the Z490 AORUS PRO AX will definitely Soar To New Height! Let’s take a look at the details.
Corey explained the design concept behind TUMNAIL: “We created our own water cooling distro plate for this ultimate gaming pc and heavily modified the pc case to represent a steampunk feel. There are actuators which open and close the doors of the pc build. Gaming on this custom water cooled pc is fantastic because it houses an rtx 2080 super and a 10900k cpu.”
The brand new Z490 AORUS PRO AX uses an 12+1 phases digital CPU power design which includes both digital PWM Controller and DrMOS. These 100% digital controller and additional 8+4 Solid-pin CPU Power Connectors offer incredible precision in delivering power to the motherboard’s most power-hungry and energy-sensitive components, allowing enthusiasts to get the absolute maximum performance from the new Intel 10-core CPU.
The Graphic card is GeForce® RTX 2080 SUPER™ WINDFORCE OC 8G. Corey replaced the fans with the EK block. Take a look at the design of the backplate. On the center, you can see the AORUS logo which is made of mirrored acrylic. The cogwheels are painted with gold color and the edges are brushed a bit of black to represent oil and grit.
The SSD is AORUS RGB M.2 NVMe SSD 512GB and its blazing speed up to 3480MB/sec sequential read, and up to 2000MB/s sequential write. What else? the heatsink keeps controller and memory temperatures low. Also, the RGB of the AORUS logo can perfectly synchronize with motherboards
The DRAM is AORUS RGB Memory 16GB (2x8GB) 3600MHz (With Demo Kit). Don’t you want to populate all your DRAM slots without breaking the bank for a much better looking system? AORUS provides the demo memory which keeps the design as the original memory. You can easily populate all of slots and customize the lighting you prefer!
The cooling system is totally customized. Corey made the distro plate from designing, sketching and manufacturing.
